Before coming to Vietnam, Mr. Nikholas Bauer has spent 30 years working in the hospitality industry, taking on many senior executive positions for a plethora of famous brands such as: The Oakwood Group, Dusit Hotels & Resorts, Royal Cliff Hotels Group, Marriott International, ONYX Hospitality, Accor Hotels to name but a few.

Mr. Nikholas Bauer graduated with a distinction in Tourism and Hotel Management from the prestigious Centre International de Glion School of Switzerland. With extensive knowledge, enthusiasm and dedication, Mr. Bauer has always understood the motivation and mindset of guests, thereby providing a wonderful and memorable resort experience. In the tourism and service industry, a strong working attitude has always been highly appreciated by management expert Nikholas Bauer.

Currently, he is the General Manager of Radisson Blu Resort Phu Quoc – a luxurious, 5-star resort located in the North of Phu Quoc Island, with a collection of modern rooms, a sophisticated event space and an excellent series of facilities and professional services mean that guests can expect to have a terrific holiday.
