In the opulent beach restaurant of the Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort, you’ll find encouraging food and drink. Indulge in an assortment of decadent foods and drinks at Cucina, which has its own unique allure and distinction. The restaurant is open daily from 6 p.m. to 10.30 p.m. and on Sundays Brunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The recently renovated Cucina features an energizing new appearance, a relaxed yet vibrant atmosphere, an Italian executive chef – Chef Patrizia Battolu – to lead the culinary team, and a new uniform based on the zero-waste concept.

Cucina welcomes guests with a newly constructed, imposing entrance, exquisite bar areas, and a brand-new mozzarella pizza bar adjacent to its distinctive copper “beech” oven. All of these elements combine in a perfect harmony of the senses, from the warm color combinations to the essence of Italian cuisine and music.

The exquisite Cucina Brunch, prepared by Chef Patrizia Battolu and her team and served every Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., is also back. The Cucina Brunch features an ostentatious assortment of Italian, Spanish, French, and Asian ateliers, as well as a vast array of cheeses and desserts featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients with authentic flavors.
