General Manager: Vincent Delsol   

Starting his career in the field of IT, Mr Vincent Delsol followed the winds of fate to hotel management. He shared: “My previous expertise in the IT field is another advantage, thanks to which I’m able to resolve problems logically and put into practice technological applications in management. All of this, combined with a relentless passion for the hospitality industry, has helped me achieve customer satisfaction”.

Having partly Vietnamese origins thanks to his grandparents was perhaps one of the reasons why he chose Vietnam as his first destination after leaving France for Asia in 2012. Mr Vincent has set foot in many regions throughout Vietnam including Sa Pa, Ha Long, Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Hue, Da Nang, Hoi An, Da Lat, Nha Trang, Phu Quoc and Saigon, but he eventually chose Vung Tau, and more specifically, the Pullman Vung Tau Hotel & Convention Centre to devote his enthusiasm to hotel management.

Thanks to his visionary management style, Mr Vincent Delsol has contributed to the significant development of this five-star hotel, and today it has become an ideal tourist destination with world-class services, beautifully designed spaces along stunning panoramic views of the sea and city. With his deep understanding of guests’ needs and complete dedication, the Pullman Vung Tau Hotel & Convention Centre is gaining increasing popularity and reaching new heights in the hospitality industry.
