Prior to setting foot in Vietnam and joining the Hotel de la Coupole – MGallery, Mr Jean-Pierre Joncas has held senior management positions at a wide range of renowned hotels including the Park Hyatt in Maldives, Raffles Hotels & Resorts in Cambodia and Patina Hotels & Resort in Singapore.

Mr Jean-Pierre Joncas graduated in Hospitality Management from the prestigious Cornell University. Thanks to his expertise and practical experiences, Mr Joncas has an indepth understanding of guests’ desires and is dedicated to providing the best experience to satisfy those with even the most demanding requirements. Mr Joncas has played a pivotal role as the General Manager of Hotel de la Coupole since the first days of its opening. With his successful management of the 249 luxurious rooms and suites, signature restaurants with their rich culinary traditions and exceptional amenities in the only international five-star hotel in Sa Pa, he has proved to be a truly talented leader who has placed the Hotel de la Coupole – MGallery in the hearts of guests.
